The brief

Three Point are a retail design agency specialising in temporary and permanent display activations. Social media was managed in house, which meant it happened when someone had a spare hour.

They wanted engagement, new followers and sales enquiries, and they wanted to stop starting from a blank page every week.

What I did

  • A social media calendar, with content planned and created one to two weeks ahead for each channel. That is still how I run social media today.
  • Content varied deliberately by subject type, so the feed does not become one long advert.
  • Hashtag research and a defined hashtag approach for reach.

The result

  • Over a year of consistent organic content, with social becoming a dependable share of monthly website traffic.

The content in the feed

Planned content, varied by subject, so each channel keeps its own rhythm rather than repeating the same post.
